It is common to witness this issue due to the fact that our return portal cannot identify order number prefixes. Please refrain from using the order prefix #GJ while using our return portal and only enter the numbers.
Example: If your order number is: #GJ1234, you would be entering 1234 into the return portal followed by the associated email address.
Once you have successfully placed an order with us, you should automatically receive an order confirmation to the email address that was used to place the order. If you cannot find it in your inbox folder, be sure to check your junk/spam folder as well.
If you still cannot seem to locate your order number, please contact customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to be further assisted.
Our return portal is programmed to follow our policy rules. One common reason as to why an item in your order is not eligible to be returned may be due to the fact that it is a sale item. Unfortunately, according to our return & refund policy we cannot accept returns on sale items, giveaways, or gift cards.
